The objective of ICACCT 2013 is to provide a forum for sharing insights, experiences and interaction on various facets of evolving technologies and patterns related to Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Extenics, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical and Management. It will bring in the concepts, suggest approaches, and evaluate various tools for better understanding. The conference will provide a valuable opportunity to bring together students, researchers and practitioners from both academia and industry. About 500 technical contributions dealing with various tracks are expected with the participation of around 600 delegates from all over the world.
